Enterprise plans include custom CRM integrations. For Starter and Growth plans, referral data is fully available in the ReferMyWay dashboard and can be exported. We're actively building native integrations — contact us to discuss your specific CRM.
You set a reward amount for your program (e.g., $50 or $100 per converted referral) and fund your reward balance in the platform. When a referral converts, ReferMyWay automatically delivers the gift card reward to the referrer — they choose their preferred brand from 221+ options. You're only charged for rewards actually earned.
Yes — each rep gets their own personalized referral hub with a unique link they control and share. Sales leaders set the incentive terms and have full visibility into all rep activity through the central dashboard. Reps can share their hub without needing any admin access.

Month-to-month plans are available with no long-term commitment required. Annual plans offer a discounted rate. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period. Any unused reward balance is returned to you.
